Join us for a memorable opportunity to explore focus, release, and intention through the practice of archery. Grief can leave us feeling scattered or stuck—archery invites us to ground ourselves, breathe deeply, and channel our emotions with purpose. This quiet, mindful activity offers a space to honour your person while connecting with others on a similar journey.
No experience necessary. All equipment is provided, and trained instructors will guide you.
