We invite registered Guests of Julien’s House to join us this Saturday for our monthly Good Mourning Walk, led by Volunteer Grief Companion, Natalie.
Walking can be a gentle yet powerful tool for processing grief, as it combines physical movement with time for mental reflection. The rhythmic motion and fresh air help relieve stress and anxiety, while the connection to nature or companionship on a walk can reduce feelings of isolation. Walking also supports physical health and brings a calming sense of routine, helping people gradually find moments of peace amid their loss.
Please remember to dress for the weather.
