Yoga Basics for Bereaved Hearts

Register to join us on Monday, February 3rd for a new round of our six-week Yoga Basics for Grief workshop, designed for individuals navigating loss. This gentle class introduces the fundamentals of yoga, including breathing techniques, simple postures, and mindfulness practices to help release emotional tension, reconnect with your body, and cultivate inner calm.

Each one-hour session is led by Yvonne, a certified yoga instructor with a compassionate approach to mindful movement.

Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a supportive space to process grief, this workshop provides a nurturing foundation for emotional and physical restoration. The goal is to help you learn the basics and build confidence, so you feel comfortable joining a local yoga studio in the future.
