YOGA BASICS FOR BEREAVED HEARTS

Beginning Monday, October 21st, we are pleased to offer a 6-week yoga basics workshop designed for individuals navigating grief. This gentle class will introduce the fundamentals of yoga, including breathing techniques, simple postures, and mindfulness practices. These practices help release emotional tension, reconnect with the body, and find inner calm. Each session will last approximately one hour, led by Yvonne, a certified yoga instructor with a compassionate approach to mindful movement.

Whether you’re new to yoga or seeking a supportive space to process your loss, this workshop offers a nurturing path toward emotional and physical restoration.
